Ltd. is a social development promotion and capacity building organization established in 2003-04 for supporting social development institutions, grass-roots organizations and federations of people in pursuit for social development and inclusive growth.  Its mission is to promote as well as support efforts of corporate foundations, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, government departments as well as agencies, Civil Society Organizations (CSO) and other organizations for empowering the poor, excluded groups and religious as well as ethnic minorities. By providing management services and technical support in an integrated manner Four X 4 aims to yield a range of result driven, IT-enabled and market-led products as well as services for creating enabling conditions, wealth and skills for the poor as well as excluded communities or groups so as to sustainably empower them.  The basic premise is to provide handholding support at the field level to organisations as well as beneficiary communities and groups to bring create the required material and human capital to transform communities.

Four X 4 Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a private technical and management support agency committed to help institutions working for the poor.  Despite the quantum growth in science and technology, growth in economy and management skills; the vast majority of our people still remain outside the basic minimum quality of life. This huge disparity and gaps can be addressed effectively, if social development organizations and organizations of poor work together towards realizing inclusive growth and well-being. For promoting inclusive well-being, the challenge is to concurrently create sufficient human and material capital by the organizations of poor and excluded or those who are working for them. Four X 4 aims to aid this process of creation of wealth and well-being for poor by supporting the initiatives of various types of agencies and organisations-government, private, voluntary, charitable, etc.
